Refunds and Exchanges

• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

RETURNS
Please include you receipt in your package before you return the item.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If after 14 days your purchase good has not been received by us, then we can’t offer you a store credit. (kindly ensure that whatever delivery service you are using can deliver within the stipulated time frame of 14 day).
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES
We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items get back to us, so we cannot accommodate exchanges. We will issue you a token for the value once we've received your return. You'll be able to use this to order another item.
The token never expires.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at [email protected]
Once we receive your package, we will email you your token in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $15.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).

CANCELLATION
Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends,inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, after which it will be shipped out.

Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items listed as ‘PRE-ORDER’ have longer processing times. Dispatch dates are stated in the product description and vary between items.

ITEM NOT DELIVERED?
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may be delayed. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. BORIAH CLOTHIERS has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.
